One might get the idea;

if it was not against the law to do so,

believe that a hurricane

is an opening,

to make people

not voting correctly

suffer.

Some areas of a direct hit

from a hurricane

not getting any help

 from the government.

And

Call it

 "Not enough dollar Damage!"
